  1. Can I order an item that is not currently in stock?
    Yes, our team are happy to arrange pre-orders. However, if you want to schedule a pre-order alongside an order of items that we do have in stock, then your shipment will be held until all items are ready. If you would like to arrange a split delivery, you can do so by calling our customer services team.

  3. How do I contact you?

    If you wish to contact us for a general enquiry, you can email us at [email protected]. Contacting us by email is simple and we aim to answer all email queries within a few hours. Any emails received outside of working hours will be responded to at the soonest possible opportunity.

    You can also contact us by phone at 0116 274 4059. Calls are accepted during the following hours: 8.30 am to 9.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday. Please be aware that our customer services team can only answer your queries between 8.30 am and 6 pm, due to our courier and manufacturer enquiry channels closing at that time. If you are ordering goods, the lines are open between 6 pm and 9 pm.

  4. Can I collect my order from you?

    All orders can be collected from our showroom in Formby. Simply choose Collect from Store when prompted for your delivery choice in the checkout process. However, please be aware that our products are housed in an off-site warehouse, and so your product will not be able to collect on the same day you order.

    Once you have arranged to Collect From Store, we will contact you to let you know when your items arrive and are ready for collection, to save you from a wasted journey!

  5. How do I place my order with you?
    To place an order, the process is quick and easy. Simply browse the products you're interested in on our website, add the goods you want to your basket, then proceed to the delivery and payment pages to complete the order.

  6. An article is missing from my order, what do I do?

    When you take receipt of your order, you are required to give your items a quick check to ensure there are no problems and that you are happy to receive the order. If you notice any missing items or other problems, please contact our customer services team immediately.
