    Besides delivering to mainland UK destinations, we also offer international deliveries. We regularly ship goods to various parts of the World including Ireland, Europe, Scandinavia, Australia, and New Zealand.

    Yes, you can add items on to existing orders by calling our customer service team. If you would like to upgrade your delivery or arrange to split your delivery, you can do this online.
    Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further additions.

    Weekend Delivery

    Yes, we do offer Saturday delivery on most orders. As you proceed through our checkout process, you will be presented with delivery options. To arrange a delivery for a Saturday, please choose Specific day.

    If you wish to opt for Next Day Delivery, please note that your order must be completed by 2.30 pm.

    Please also be aware that our 2 men white glove delivery service is currently not available for Saturday deliveries.

    Our delivery options are dependent on the size of your order. You can choose from UPS courier, pallet, next day delivery, and 2 man delivery (which includes carrying items to a room of your choice, unpacking, and disposal of packaging materials).

    Please be aware that if you wish to opt for Next Day Delivery then your order must be completed and confirmed by 2.30 pm.

  11. Do you offer a next day delivery service?

    For next day delivery orders - all goods must be currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and all terms and conditions agreed to by no later than 2.30 pm.

    We will then aim to deliver items on the next working day. Please remember: We advise customers not to book tradesmen based on the estimated delivery dates.

    Do you unload any items or help with installation?

    Although we cannot help with installation, our 2 Man White Glove Service will take your boxes to a room of your choice. They will then remove any leftover outer packaging and pallets. However, please note the drivers can carry these goods up to one set of stairs only.

  14. Can I collect an item from you?

    Collecting Item from Showroom, Directly!

    All orders can be collected from our showroom in Formby. Simply choose Collect from Store when prompted for your delivery choice in the checkout process. However, please be aware that our products are housed in an off-site warehouse, and so your product will not be able to collect on the same day you order.

    Once you have arranged to Collect From Store, we will contact you to let you know when your items arrive and are ready for collection, to save you from a wasted journey!

    What is your two men white glove service?

    Our 2 man white-glove service is a delivery option which takes away all the common issues associated with larger shipments. Your delivery is handled by a specialist team, who are expertly trained in delivering a quality service with larger goods.

    Choosing this option allows you to agree on a suitable day for delivery and your goods are taken to the exact room you want upon their arrival. After this, unwanted outer packaging, such as pallets or wrapping are removed.

    This service removes the lifting process and means you don't have to dispose of any packaging, as our two man delivery service handles this for you.

  19. How does the standard delivery work?

    How does the standard delivery work?

    Our standard delivery option will normally take between 2 and 7 working days to arrive.

    Larger pallet deliveries will be dispatched from our warehouse, after which the courier will call you to confirm a suitable date. UPS deliveries, for smaller boxes and parcels, will be dispatched, and at this point, you will receive a tracking code via email.

    All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT, and Standard Delivery is available free of charge on all orders over £499 to UK mainland delivery addresses for a limited time only, however, some exclusions do apply. Entering your postcode into the 'Calculate Delivery' form within the checkout will provide you with further information. Regarding orders which contain numerous items, only one shipping fee will be charged based on the total weight of the goods.

    We use a selection of couriers to enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery service and price for your selected delivery type, including Royal Mail, UPS, Sovereign, and DX Freight.
