Dovre Manufacturer WARRANTY INFORMATION
Please complete and submit this simple form to register your new purchase of a Dovre stove or fire. Registration will help your retailer to provide you with a Five Year Warranty for your new stove castings and a Two Year Warranty on steel parts and gas and electric ‘engines’ used in stoves and fires. The continuation of the warranty is dependant on your appliance being serviced by an appropriately qualified person 12 months after installation and annually thereafter. Please note, this warranty excludes naturally wearing parts of ‘consumables’ such as glass, firebricks, grate parts, log retainers, thermocouples, oxypilot, glass and ceramic fuel effects and the rope seal. The warranty will become invalid if you use unauthorised fuels such as petro-cokes.

This freestanding wood burner stove and multi-fuel stove along with its fuel choice is eco-friendly and safe to use. The new Dovre 425 wood burning and multi-fuel stove with its high-quality cast iron body is perfect to be used in both traditional and contemporary designed houses. This freestanding wood burner and multi-fuel stove is approved to be used in smoke control areas along with having the Cleanburn technology and Airwash system. Hence, together Cleanburn technology and Airwash system provide assistance in keeping the stove clean. This traditional wood burning and multi-fuel stove has a large glass door providing a larger and brighter image of the flames. The heat output range of this traditional wood burning and multi-fuel stove reaches from 2.7kw to 10kw with 8kw maximum heat output and 83% heat efficiency. This freestanding stove comes in four finishing colours i.e. traditional matt black, majolica brown enamell, black enamell and ivory white enamell.
