Q -Can discolouration and stains/marks occur on SILGRANIT® PuraDur®?

A - Usually the discolouration is not seen in these sinks but if you notice any then this means that the water you are using is hard causing limescale deposits which, when dried out, soak up the liquors like coffee, tea or red wine. You can easily get rid of limescale deposits applying standard household cleaners, detergents, acetic acid or similar, or you can use BLANCOACTIV as well and water with a temperature of not less than 600C.  Let the solution be there at least for 3-4 hours or if possible leaving it overnight will be ideal, after that wash the sink thoroughly and then clean-up with a sponge and swab it dry.
