Delivery

Most orders will be delivered to your door within 3 working days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

All products have their own specific delivery charge as shown throughout the website.

Postage and packing costs will not be refunded unless an item is faulty.

Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 7am - 5pm. If you are unavailable to receive and sign for the consignment it will be left in a safe location (complying with any instructions given) or with a neighbour. If this is not possible a card will be left with the carrier's telephone number - please call the number to arrange for redelivery. Please note that in some cases you may be charged for redelivery.

We regret that we cannot deliver to any address outside the United Kingdom. All items are for delivery only. It is not possible for customers to collect.
